The developement of Scheduler 3.0 is on going. This download is a free copy of the program in it's current state. The Scheduler is an expanded version of the 2.3 Version. Resources and charts have been added. The download is larger (5.5 verse 8.5 Meg)and will take longer to download but is worth the wait.
